(Un)Happy Holidays!

My posting frequency is unbelievable... =__=' at least on my FB page is happening more although it's also been on hold for a while... next year I tend to get myself and my shadows under control and draw more. Don't forget meeee..!

The most saddest people have the biggest smile

I'm not feeling good at the moment... I usually post only positive stuff on my FB page or here but now I really need to open up. From one day to another everything can just change and life punches you in the face with full force... And sometimes that kickboxing goes on for months like in my case now... Some days you learn to ignore it and others you're overwhelmed of a single sentence or a word which has nothing to do with your miserable life. Why am I so sensitive? Why do I care? Why do I have to have any feelings at all...?

This aprx. 2 hour doodle came now out when I really felt hopeless and alone. In end I feel already better and most of these negative feelings are left on this drawing. Maybe in any point I redraw it and add more details but now I just wanted to reset my mind... Sorry for the silence here in my blog. Follow me on facebook to stay up to date of what I'm doing at the moment when I'm not too depressed to draw anything.

Well however: Tomorrow I'll be on the way to my first real Anime Convention, DoKomi in Düsseldorf, and immediately as a worker. :3 I'll be helping out at Yakitori booth and if I have time I'm going to check out some other booths at same. I'm sooo excited! x3

Life hacks

Here you see what "drawing table" I mean. With the erasers the best is to brake one to half that you have two equal thick pieces. :')

Very unspectacular post but I just wanted to show that I'm alive. On my Facebook page has been happening more but previous weeks have been very rough for me so all kind of drawing has been left aside. Now I try to get again more active and next weekend I visit my first real Con!

Itkis becomes more social (media)

What's this??? I haven't been posting anything since my "awesome" Advent calendar? Well at least I finally opened facebook page for my stuff. It's still very empty 'cause I don't want to post any of my old stuff there but you all can already go like it and get notifications directly on your news feed when I post new things here in blog or other artistic things. I haven't forgotten you guys! Just got some kind of christmas brakedown...

I've been stressing so much about cards, gifts and visiting people so that today going to store I almost started to cry after my cart was accidently taken away. ~__~ After all I found the workers whit my stuff and got half of my cart back but still needed to go around again since I was so confused.

Luckily now there's some days free, I think I would've exploded soon if 1. december/christmas time would be longer and 2. when I would have went to work more beside of that. So much to doooo...

Sorry for boring post but thought I give short review of what's been happening. Tomorrow will come the last drawing for the calender!

This one was really hard. :D With other wishes I got immeditely some kind of idea but here I needed to do research.

Leon from RE 4 was my teenie-years crush. :D Chris from RE 5 is also great character but in RE 6 he's so annoying that I started to dislike him completely. The girl characters I never really learned to like. I just love the extra outfits in RE 5 if you know what I mean... ;)

Crazy bad guys like Wesker everyone loves. :D

I know, it's not a wish but really nice extra. Today there was this event at Faber-Castell store in Frankfurt and I thought I go check it out since I got even personal invitation. Lunaly recognised me from the workshop in August where we both were and then we had really nice evening together. :) Here's her drawing from her and me enjoying the free food and drinks!

This was fun to make. I first mistook the term with steampunk but after little research I realized what I have to draw. Shine on the hairs is on wrong side but well... We pretend that there's anything reflecting on her right side.
